Wow, here's something you don't come across everyday. How would you like to own a Franchise that's entertaining and gives you a workout at the same time and here's the cherry-you can go on to pop it onto South African Screens and make some serious boodle.
Yes it's for real. I'm talking exercise, fun and entertainment all rolled in one. Have a look at the Bootcamp video to take a peek at what's on the menu. This will virtually be a totally new concept in South Africa. I'll tell you what South Africans like. Think about it, South African's are well known around the world for being a rugby loving nation. Next to that, it's braai's, camping and generally outdoors. Well let's put a spin on the fitness programmes we currently have here. Gyms and more gyms popping up everywhere, and almost all the top gyms are franchises.
Well, let's take fitness to another level. BOOTCAMP man. There's nothing better South African males and females will like more than to go to a training camp where it can bring back fond memories of their military days. Think about it, most South Africans 30 and over have at some stage had to go to the army or one of the other military wings. These guys will practically jump at the opportunity to go away for a couple of weeks and come back feeling fit as ever. Your franchise business could bring in serious cash.
I know lots of South Africans who brag about their military days and how tough they were and still are. Man, I can just see the concept and marketing plans.(Challenge of a lifetime-Think you're a tough guy?Come challenge all your ex army buddies)
The Yanks have started this franchise and none exists yet in South Africa. You could be the first. Think even bigger-Reality TV. Reality tv is currently the most viewed category of watched television in the world. Sell the live concept to MNET, SABC and the other stations. Man, you'll be a millionaire in no time. I swear the world will wanna watch it. Rugby loving countries would love to know what makes South Africans tough due to our dominance on the rugby field. This could be a big hit. Even to the extent that you could get sportsmen to join in. Who wants to be challenged to partake and then chicken out?
I swear this franchise business opportunity could mean serious dosh for an aspiring entreupeneur.
I know a boot camp can sound intimidating, but anyone who has the desire to make a positive change in their body, health and spirit can do it with Extreme Boot Camp™. According to the Wall Street Journal, we are the most realistic and experienced boot camp on the west coast. It can be a real fun way to workout, but I won't lie to you... it takes… Check out their website and testimonials: http://www.extremebootcamp.com/
You don't need more convincing than this. Go ahead, contact them to find out about setting up your Bootcamp franchise in South Africa at franchise@extremebootcamp.com. I have a gut feeling that this Franchise Business Opportunity is tops.

How to Register Your Business for under R200.
Amazing how some people still ask me how to register their small business. I'm sure a vast majority of us do have access to the Internet or use an Internet cafe. However I'm just gonna add a bit of detail on how to register. I know some people make use of Accounting Officers for this purpose, but hey you could do it at a fraction of the cost. Here's how.
Log onto www.cipro.co.za and register as a customer. You've got to fill out all your details and confirm registration.
Next, you've got to reserve your business name. Once you've thought about a name, just fill out a CK 7 form. Take not that you would also have to submit your credit card details online as Cipro charges R50 for name reservation. Once this is done, Cipro will e-mail you to give you feedback on your proposed business name. This usually takes 1 to 2 days.
Once the CK 7 is approved, you now have to submit your Founding Statement which again, you will have to have R100 in your bank account. Also for this form, very important, you would have to include details of your Accounting Officer who agrees to represent your Small Business. An original letter to this effect should be obtained from the Accounting Officer. To find an Accounting Officer go to http://www.findanaccountant.co.za/. Some will charge you a fee for the letter and some don't. You'll have to call them to confirm.
Your Small Business letter confirming name reservation must be attached to the CK1 form.
Cipro usually takes about 10 days to process, but I've done my Small Business in quick time.
Here's a tip. Once you've done with online registration and have all necessary documentation including receipts of payment, wait about 2 days and then go to Cipro offices in Pretoria and hand in your Small Business registration documents. The Admin Staff will process it immediately. You just wait about 10 minutes for them to have it printed.
There you are-Your Small Business Registration in a nutshell.

Small Business Tip 2-New Franchises
Did you know that most of the small to medium business franchises that currently exist in South Africa all want royalties. Royalties are by nature, paid for the ongoing use of an idea or concept.Meaning they are ongoing.
Let's think Health Foods. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
I was surfing the net the other day looking for yet more opportunities that are new and literally untested in South Africa and voila, I came across something that will blow your mind.
According to a recent newspaper article. higher food prices are forcing South Africans from living a healthy lifestyle. Perceptions are that healthy food is pricier.
Ahuge percentage of people are now looking to stay healthy ad this includes joining gyms and other sporting activities. Remember anyone who is exercising wants to couple that with a healthy diet. This is where you close the gap.
Salad creations was developed in the US and offers a range of sandwiches, wraps, smoothies and a huge variety of nutritional products. It is exactly what's needed for the health conscious person.
Check outh their website and contact them as there are no franchises in SA. You could be the first.http://www.saladcreations.net/

I'm talking selling water. Yeah, the type you buy for a couple of Rand everyday. These guys offer a huge variety of water products and they are making it big.
I will give you this information free of course, but due to the capacity of the information I've put it in PDF format. So should you want more info, just leave a comment for your free franchise opportunity.

Small Business Tips
At 17 years old, all I could remember that was once I'd finished school, I needed a job. Being the youngest, well my parents had already put pretty all of my siblings through Tech and Varsity, however, the money wasn't available when it was my turn-What with my old man on pension already.
Well the only other option was to look for a bursary, but hey that would take too long-going around to companies, filling out forms and such-Wasn't for me.
I just wanted something easier. No money, no car-had to literally ask my parents for every little cent, aside from the odd R10 or R20 notes I got from Dad when he worked me like a horse on Saturdays. " I actually learnt a lot from that"-Nothing's free, no free ride in this world.
That's the short version. Well, one day some guys from South of Durban send my Dad a letter, he opens, reads it gives it to me. "Here you go son, you check this out. I know you like reading"-My Dad always had the knack of giving me all scrap papers and stationery that he did'nt want to be bothered with.
So then, I look at this letter-Reads something like this:
"Start your own business" How? Filling envelopes for companies. Sounded nice. Why else would these nice people take the time to send a letter to my Dad if it were'nt the real thing.
It was then that I knew I wanted to be in business for myself-no boss, work your own hours. That's what the nice people said in the letter anyway.
Needless to say they wanted something to the tune of R30 for registration and some bogus fees. Well,...... you guessed. I sent the nice people the postal order after working like a farm horse. Guess what, I never heard from them again. I remember they only had a post box address on the envelope. I dried my tears, sore heart that I'd been scammed and said it would never happen again.
I've learnt quite a bit in the few years I've been around and I'll try my best to impart the bit I do know as well as share my experiences about setting up a small business.
We all know in today's time's things are tough especially when we hear how some people benefit from tenders and work and others don't. I'll try, but you'll also help me to help you and others with the problems small business owners face.
I'm like Jack of all trades-I know about Internet small business models, conventional small businesses, but most of all I'm a sucker for finding info.-I can even extract a tooth from a giant.
I've met lots of people in the course of my small business dealings and if I can help, I'll even put you in contact with them-for free. Why, because I believe we as South Africans, regardless of age, colour, sex and whatever deserve a chance- a fighting chance at that.
I believe that we really can make a difference and if we at least are able to employ one person in the course of our lives, it puts food on someones table and makes people smile.
We'll maybe not totally free cos you're also gonna entertain me and talk to me about something I am passionate about-SMALL BUSINESS.
